PHILOSOPHY
When creating art, my goal is improvement and trying things that I haven’t done before. I don’t want to hide behind my best work and pretend that my best is all there is; I want my work to show growth from one project to the next. Whether the growth comes in the form of painting a more refined composition, or experimenting with throwing ceramics with my eyes closed, I want those viewing my art to see experimentation and growth, and to see that anyone can learn to be a great creator.
